In these sessions, you have the freedom to go at your own pace and explore topics more deeply than you might in a group setting. You'll collaborate closely with Hadassah to identify and work towards your personal goals. 

Hadassah approaches these sessions with a focus on you, using a person-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Working from a recovery lens, Hadassah is first interested in discovering what living a meaningful life looks like for you, and how movement can support your journey to wellness.
